His background combines strong technical knowledge with hands-on operational experience in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres.

Raja has played a key role in supporting and leading accreditation and reaccreditation processes, ensuring full compliance with national and international standards, including CBAHI, JCI, and ISO. His experience spans internal and external audits, policy development,  performance monitoring, and risk management, all aimed at enhancing patient safety and maintaining the highest standards of healthcare delivery.

With a solid foundation in project management, he has successfully led and contributed to multiple healthcare quality initiatives, managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects simultaneously. His ability to analyze systems, identify gaps, and implement effective quality improvement strategies has consistently strengthened organizational performance and regulatory compliance.
